Spicy Swiss Steak
2 pounds beef round steak (about one inch thick)
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 carrots, pared and chopped
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 packet Cedar Hill Salsa Mix
Cut steak into 4 serving pieces. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper mix. Brown and drain in skillet with a little oil. Add carrots and rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer until steaks are tender (about 2-3 hours).
