Fresh Spinach Salad

Ingredients: 

1/2# washed, dried spinach then torn into bite size pieces

1 small red onion, sliced thin

1/4 cup diced celery

4 hard cooked eggs, sliced

4 pickled beets, sliced

1/2 to 3/4 cup Cedar Hill Spinach & Herb Dip Mix (prepared according to package directions and thinned down with milk to make it pourable)

Toss spinach, onion, celery, eggs and beets.  Chill well.  Before serving, you can toss lightly with Cedar Hill Spinach & Herb dressing or serve dressing on the side.  Serve with your favorite crackers or toasted bread.
