Cajun Fried Chicken Strips
1 pound chicken tenders or strips
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
2 Tbsp. yellow or white cornmeal
1-2 tsp. Cedar Hill Cajun Dip & Seasoning Mix
1 tsp. Cedar Hill Peppermill Seasoning Blend
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Place all dry ingredients in a plastic bag and blend well. Add chicken pieces and coat chicken well. In a skillet, add vegetable oil to about 1/2 inch deep. Cook chicken pieces until golden brown and crunchy.
