Baked Salmon Fillets
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. portion)
1 cup bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. Cedar Hill Peppermill Seasoning Blend
1-2 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
Mix Peppermill Seasoning Blend, lemon peel and melted butter. Brush salmon fillets with butter mixture then coat with breadcrumbs. Brush with remaining butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until salmon flakes. Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
